Reporting a rate error

Corrections are our highest-priority mail. To help us verify quickly, include the page URL, the number you believe is wrong, the time you saw it (rates change every 10 minutes — the “last updated” badge on the page helps), and if possible the source you are comparing against. How we handle corrections is described in our editorial policy.

Feedback and suggestions

Requests for new cities, calculator ideas, or anything that would make the site more useful are welcome at the same address. If you spot a place where our explanation of making charges, hallmarking or gold loans could be clearer, tell us — those pages exist to be understood.

What we can't help with

We publish reference rates and educational content only. We can't tell you whether to buy or sell, value your specific jewellery sight unseen, or intervene in a dispute with a jeweller or lender. For purchase disputes, your first stops are the jeweller's own grievance process and the consumer helpline at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
